This is the warmest and richest sounding series in the Spendor lineup that lends itself closest to the traditional "British" sound signature. This doesn't mean what you are getting is a colored sound, you will actually find a mostly neutral experience with a forgiving nature that will leave a smile on your face.

The Classic 100 is a serious speaker that will effortlessly produce a large scale sound with a low end you will not just hear but feel. This Spendor speaker in particular gave me an eye opening moment listening to Michael Jackson's Billy Jean as I had never heard the double bass player so vividly, it was as if he was sat about 2 meters behind the speakers dead-center plucking the strings. 

If you have a large enough listening space the Classic 1000 by Spendor wont disappoint with truly full scale imaging and a depth to the sound that isn't achieved by smaller speakers.
